Returns
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your purchase within 7 business days for purchases within Australia and 10 business days for the rest of the world. Goods must be in original condition with tags attached.Â
The purchase of sale items is considered final.Â
If free shipping discount is applied the shipping costs will not be refunded on returns.Â
Afterpay: If you choose to use Afterpay as your payment method, please note that we do not offer refunds. If you return your purchase, you will only be eligible for an exchange or credit voucher valid for 3 years.Â
In order to accept your return, you must notify us by email at hello@theboyandi.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise that you wish to return your items. Once you receive confirmation of the return, please follow the returns procedure below
Return guidelines:
1. Your purchase must be returned to us within 7 business days of receiving the item, so please express post your return to ensure we receive it in time. We suggest putting a signature label on the return to ensure it arrives safely. We do not take responsibility for items being returned to us which are lost in transit. We recommend insuring your item if you have any concerns.
3. Tags must be attached in their original position. The Boy&I will only accept returns in the original condition as when purchased.
4. If returns have been washed, dry cleaned, worn or altered, they will not be accepted, and the item will remain the customer's property.
Merchandise returned outside of the 7 days within Australia and 10 business days for the rest of the world will receive an online credit. (hello@theboyandi.com.au) Customer care will be in touch to confirm your credit code.
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed!
Of course, we will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible, however, please allow 5 - 12 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

Please be aware that there may be a delay in processing returns during peak holiday periods, We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.Â
We do not refund post costs, and the return post fee is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds will go back on the original method of payment.Â
Credit Vouchers - If you are spending a credit voucher you will not be eligible for a refund if the item is not suitable. We do however offer up to 1 exchange on return of the first item. Credit vouchers cannot be combined with sale discounts.Â
Custom Orders are not refundable.Â
Pre-orders – All pre-orders are considered final. As each piece is specially ordered and often made specifically for the customer, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Please note: This returns policy applies only to products purchased online at www.theboyandi.com.au, for purchases made in person, it is strictly swap or credit note. Returns must be received within 7 days of purchase.Â
The Boy&I reserves the right to deny any return if guidelines are not followed and conditions met.
